SHIPPMENT METHODS

SHIPPING COST
For orders with destination within the Italian Republic, payment is free on many products.

For all orders destined outside the Italian territory, a variable rate will be applied in relation to the country of destination.

Shipping costs will be added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase.

TIMES AND METHODS
The shipment is made by express courier and delivery is expected within 48 working hours starting from the day following the order.

The tracking for the tracking of the shipment will be notified to the email address you will indicate in the order

The delivery times indicated are merely indicative and are in no way binding.

The courier will use the telephone number entered during the order to contact the customer in case of problems with the address.

COMPLAINTS
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document,
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

In the event of damage or mismatch in the number of packages, proceed as follows:

  • take a picture of the state in which the anomaly was detected
  • keep the disputed packages in the state in which the anomaly was detected
  • send the details of the dispute and the photos to the email address shippings[at]blutronics.com

once the information sent has been verified, a complaint procedure will be opened with the courier.

For EXTRA EU countries, the goods may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the country of destination, and will be the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
